The graph below shows the number of tourists visiting the particular Caribbean between 2010&2017.

The line graph compares the information about how many visitors have visited the Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017.
By analysing data, at the beginning of the period people interested to stay on the island was at 0.7 million. Whereas, visitors were staying on ships was below 0.5 million. From 2011 to 2015 staying on the Island visitors were dramatically augmented, it was at 0.7 to 1.5 million tourists. In 2012 the number of tourists was alleviated on cruise ships, it was at least a proportion of 0.2 million only, but after that, it rose significantly till to 2017 at 2 million of visitors. However, the number of tourists who stayed on the island was 1.5 million of visitors.

In addition, by analysing further data the total amount of visitors who had visited the Caribbean island was a million people in 2010. After that, this trend was rapidly increased till to the end of the period by 3.5 million of visited
Overall, it is clear from the graph that over time staying on the island was less popular than saying on cruise ships.
