The maps below show a bookstore in 2000 and now. Summaries the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The two maps compare the positions of a bookstore in 2000 and now. Overall, the place has some significant changes whereas others remain the same such as the entrance, travel, new books and service desk.

In 2000, there are the travel books right in front of the entrance. The new books are between the travel books and the service desk on the left down corner. The non-fiction books are beside the service desk. Above the non-fiction books we can find 3 different kinds of books which are art, hobbies and chemistry. fiction books which are divided into two sections take the most space in the bookstore. first is the upper side of travel and the other 3 departments while the second is located in the right upper corner going down to three-quarters of the chemistry books.

However, the second fiction books place is replaced by the non-fiction books since the non-fiction section is renovated into a cafe. there are tables and chairs in the middle of the bookstore. The fiction books only take 25% of the first place where the space is left for art, hobbies and cookery taking a quarter part each.
