The given table shows the percentage of national consumer expenditure on three different categories by people in five countries in 2002.

It is noticeable that the majority of people in Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Turkey spent their expenditure for foods, drinks, and tobacco. However, leisure/education category has the lowest percentage of consumer expenditure in those countries.

Looking at more details, Turkey have the highest amount of consumer spending on foods, drinks, and tobacco with 32.14%. On the same categories, it followed by Ireland, Spain, Italy, and Sweden by 28.91%, 18.80%, 16.36%, and 15.77%, respectively. On the other hand, the lowest percentage of leisure and education is took place in Spain by 1.98%. The other countries have to spend between 2% and 5% for leisure and education.

Clothing and footwear, as the other category, had spent by the people from those countries with the percentage from about 5% to 9%. The highest amount is 9%, that spent by the Italian. While the lowest amount (5.40%) had spent in Sweden.
