The above diagram shows results of two surveys done in a period of 30 years from 1980 to 2010 regarding the aspects in living in a town.
In 1980, education, healthcare and environment played a major part which is almost the same scenario in 2010 as well. However, people start to think education system is improved during the 30 year period and there is an increase of nearly 10%. Whereas, healthcare system lost its quality and people start to dislike it in 2010. Environment and shops remained the same and employment aspect is being improved from 1980 to 2010. When it comes to transport system, there is a drastic drop during last 3 decades. People start to consider it as bad for some reason.
To sum it up, education and healthcare are always considered as an important aspects and people have given more weightage to it as it is a very basic and essential type. People also give importance to other aspects by liking them more than 50% except transport.
