The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010 Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The given pictures demonstrate how an access could be made to city hospital in two separate years.

Overall, despite apparently significant changes, the layout retains the basic elements of ring road, bus station, car park with the addition of roundabouts at two points. City hospital remains encircled by ring road in both the years .

The road access to city hospital in 2007 was via hospital road that soon merged into ring road. What was not there is a roundabout. Two roundabouts had been constructed, one where hospital road intersected with the ring road in the centre and the other on the south side where city road meets the hospital road. While bus station will be modernized with the addition of infrastructures with an access via both the roundabouts.

There used to be the same car park for both public and staff but now the cark parks have been separated as a new car park for public was built to the east side of city hospital. On top of that, staff cark park is the one that was used by both public and staff before. What should be noted is that both the car parks can be accessed from ring road.
