The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.

The given line graph provides information about the number of enquires received in first six-month of 2011 by the office of tourist information in a city.
Overall, the number of enquires received in person by the tourists increased over the period while trend of enquiring via mail or letter have decreased.
Now turning to the details, initially the number of in person enquires was less among the three modes of enquires while the large number of enquiries were made over the telephone call. The trend of enquiring in person increased gradually, in the month of April 1400 enquires were made by tourists who visited the office which surpassed the figure of telephone enquiries. The trend remained same in upcoming months as well, by the month of June more than 1800 enquiries were made by visiting the office which was 400 more than telephonic enquiries.
As regards the number of enquiries received by mail or letter, the flow of enquiries reduced throughout the period. Initially in January almost 800 letter or mails were received which was decreased below 400 in the last two months May and June.
