Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing you in regards to the internet connection problem we are currently facing in Madison square.
The major cause of this problem, is the disappearance of the internet connection due to network issue. For almost one week now we have not been able to surf the internet or access the internet in anyway because of no network signal. Even before the network finally fizzled out there were countless of occasion were the internet connection was really poor and can take up to ten minutes to load a page. But the data connection finally caved in last Monday and surprisingly it has not come back up till now.
Let the explain in details how this problem is distorting the lives of the people in Madison square. First of all Madison square is one of the most popular business hub in Abuja, these businesses which uses your provided internet connection are all at risk of losing out of their costumers because they have not been able to continue to run their various businesses due to this problem. Other than businesses the daily life of people in the area have been disrupted because they can not communicate via email and other social media with family and love ones outside.
One main solution to this problem, is to install more network masks or routers in the area. Another solution can be the upgrade of the internet connection system. Or alternatively maintenance on systems need to be carried out swiftly in other to avoid a repeat of such dilemma.
