Dear Transport Manager,
Hope you are doing well.
I, Sharmistha Naskar, am writing this letter to inform you regarding recent reliability issue with the bus service from the east-south bus route i.e. from station Garia to eco space.
Let me explain my issues in detailed here. I am a regular traveler of this route since this is the only route which leads to my office location . So, I have no other choice to pick as an alternative way to commute to the distination. Hence, I have to inform regarding the inconvenience in very brief manner.
Since last 2 weeks, I am facing bus timing issue majorly. I had to stand under the hot sun & feel the heat wave for long time. Last week I had to take decision to book a cab to reach at the desire location which was not affordable at all in compare to bus fare. Post that I experienced the similar issue, so I had to look for other way to reach to ecospace. Therefore, this becomes a big reliability issue for me as well as for other passenger. Hope you understand my situation.
I would like to request the tranport company, to launch an app to track the bus though GPS system so that we can be aware of bus position and avilability. Accordingly, we can leave our house to save out time as well as money.
