Dear sir,

My name is James Brown. I hail from Canada; live in Achole area where ‘SISKA’ apartment is located. My flat number is 26 of the said apartment. I am writing this letter to complain about the ongoing construction of your office next to my residence.

Because of the construction work is being done, the whole material such as cement, tools and gravel is placed on the road, which makes people uncomfortable while passing from there. In addition to it, the noise is arising due to the substantial construction activity for 24 hours; is making the whole situation worse, especially during the night time.

It is undoubtedly cleared that although you have a right to use the public road; however, I suggest you make a way for people to move easily from there. Moreover, as mentioned above, due to the heavy machine work, the noise is being produced alot. Therefore, I would be grateful if the noisy activity work is done during the day time so that all the people in an apartment could take well sleep at night.

hoping for prompt action in this matter!

Yours faithfully,

James Brown
