Dear Professor Luu
I am on behalf of all students of English class i12 to express the dissatisfaction about the course that we had started last month at the new school branch of our town. The things I would mention is that the school neither windows nor some doors have not installed so the noise came from outside make us could not concentrated into the lesson. Otherwise, the school is located too far from center of the city and it takes all students approximately two hours drive to school.
I would like to suggest that you should discuss to the rector either we will be study at the Ky nguyen Centre or we may need to delay the course to next month.
We have noticed that the course has just opened last week therefore we have three months left to study in here in order to prepare the next ielts exam. As the results, we prefer to join the class i68 with the similar level in English centre.
