Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been a pleasure to be a part of your film club since last year. However, despite all the benefits I have received from it, I am willing to cancel my membership for the next year. Therefore, I am writing to you asking for your assistance in this matter.
Currently, I have a silver membership with an annual fee of $100. In the last 10 moths, I have been paying for it monthly with my credit card, so with the cancellation of my status, I would like its data to be deleted from your system. I am also ready to pay the rest of the money for the two months followed by one transaction, if it is possible.
I want to assure you that my decision is not based on any dissatisfaction; my experience with your club is pleasant. Some of your services, like price acting classes and free tickets to pre-premier films, I found very entertaining. Additionally, it was memorable to participate in The Hamlet last summer, where I performed on the stage for the first time.
So, the main reason for my request is because I am moving to another town in the near future. I applied for a job in Northfield and got approved. I wish I could continue visiting the film club, but, unfortunately, my new home is 35 kilometres away from here.
