My name is Jot and I am working in TCS Company as a secretary. I am writing this to arrange a party at your hall.
I want to arrange a retirement party for one of my colleagues. Actually, one of colleague is going to retire from our company and we want to give him a grand party as he is serving our company from last 37 years.
He joined the company in May 1973 and as per the company norms he will be retiring on May 31 hence, the party will be held on the same day in the evening around 6:30 pm after office hours. Our office usually ends at 5:00 pm but all employees want some time to get ready, therefore, the party we have decided to give them one and a half hours.
As per your website, the room will able to handle 50 people at a time, and decoration will be as per the party theme. I know smoking is not allowed in your hotel, I am fine with it but I would like to request you that kindly serve only bear no other alcoholic drinking.
