Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Henry Fimibama and I recently traveled from Staten Island to New Jersey aboard the Manhattan Express on Tuesday morning, the 19th of February, last week. I purchased a ticket from the bus station on the same day and did not need an online reservation, like I normally would have on similar services plying the same route.
I remember getting on the bus with a navy blue cardigan wrapped around my waist. On getting to my hotel room, I realized I must have forgotten the cardigan on the bus.
I called the Manhattan Express customer service extension from a number I got off the company website and the lady who attended to me referred me to a complaint form on the FAQ section of the website. The form on the internet had information I had no way of providing like the serial number on the bus ticket I purchased and the last four digits of my credit card.
I am writing to ask that a lost and found complaint be raised on my behalf in search for the navy blue cardigan with a Yankees crest. My email address is henry.fimibama@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you with any feedback regarding my sweater.
