Dear Mr David,
I am writing this letter to regretfully inform you that I am no longer available to assist in voluntary administration work. I was basically working as an administrator. I undertook general duties which were answering incoming phone calls, and providing administrative support to our counsellor as well as organizing indoor events.
I have been privileged to work with the pioneers at your revered charity, but the primary cause for leaving is that I have accepted an attractive job offer. Unfortunately, the workplace in the metropolis, so that I have to reside there with my family in order to commute easily between home and work.
Hence, I would like to recommend a friend of mine who demonstrated his solicitude towards this voluntary work because he wishes to fulfil his moral obligation and contribute toward our community so that I will be much obliged if you consider him. Eventually, I greatly appreciate the time I spent there.
