I received your letter stating that I have been called for an interview at your college on the 1st of September 2018. First of all I want to thank you for the same. However,this letter is to bring to your kind notice that I will not be able to come for the interview due to a prior commitment at the same time. I am extremely sorry for the same.
I would like to know if the same can be taken later at the day? If not, then maybe some other day, say on the 2nd or 3rd of September? If possible, I will surely make up for that. Moreover, I would like to inquire about the duration of the interview, How long will it take? At exactly what time it will commence?
Another query in my mind is, whether I have to take some tests during the interview. I would be really obliged if you could provide me with the specified information. Looking forward for a prompt and positive reply from your end. Thanking you in advance.
