With a deep disappointment, I am writing you to inform that the noise comes from our neighbor is tedious and horrible at mid-night.
Since 2010, I have been living in this apartment and I have not experience any situation in my tenancy here up to this time. I repeatedly inform them to reduce the volume of music instrument after 12 “O” clock or avoid it using at night because it disturbs our sound sleep. Lack of sleep affects me mentally and physically and I am not able to do my responsibilities in my office. Also, my children prepare for their board examination next week and I do not want to spoil their result and bright future.
However, I do not want to address this issue to any other authority and I understand that you have complete authority and competence to inform them about the rules and regulations of this building. And, I hope you will consider it is a serious concern and will solve it immediately so that we can live here comfortably for long time.
