My name is Jot and I working and a software engineer in your company. I am writing this to inform you that I am going to resign from the job.
I had joined this company 2 years ago after the completion of my graduation. At that time, I thought of having some experience before pursuing my master’s degree, therefore, I came here for an interview. You not only gave me change to this opportunity but also gave me a chance to explore myself and enhance my skills and I am heartily thankful to you for this chance.
I was trying to get admitted to Toronto University for Master of Computer Application from the last 6 months and finally my application has been accepted for September intake. After leaving this job, I have decided to follow all the instructions for going aboard such as depositing college, collecting documents, and finally filling for a visa. It will approximately take 2 months for the whole process.
I will continue my job for one month till 31st May so that company can arrange the best substitute to replace me.
