Dear sir,
My name is Jatin Kumar. Last week, I went to Australia for a business trip by Air India flight. My flight number, as well as seat number, was AI 107 and 50 F respectively. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the services at the airport.
I want to tell you; my flight timing was 11:00 pm, therefore I reached the airport at 9:30 pm. When I entered there, I had to check all the luggage at the checking counter. I was standing in the queue, but I got surprised by seeing a slow service because there was merely one employee at the counter who was checking the weight of our luggage, by which It took a long time there. In addition to it, when I asked another staff member - who was standing at the entrance - for another checking counter, he started to shout on me, which was the poor behavior that I observed there.
Due to all this, I was getting late for my flight because I did not receive even a ticket at that time, and my flight was going to be departed. Therefore I suffered a lot there in a rush. Thus, I would like to suggest you, good, if all procedure of checking are done fast. Apart from it, a total number of counter and employees are supposed to be raised. So that, visitors would not suffer in the future.
