My name is Alex Smith and I had stayed in your Holiday Inn hotel in Mumbai last week. I would like to share my experience and feedback about my stay.
I had booked an economy room from 24th March for 3 days. The room seemed to be nice and perfect when I checked in on your website. However, the real-world scenario was much different.
As soon as I entered the room it wasn’t clean, and the air conditioning was not working. I did notify it to the staff, and they were courteous enough to change the room with proper working air conditioning.
The stay thereafter was pretty much normal and nothing to talk about. I would like to suggest cleaning the room and check whether all electricals are working perfectly before allotting the room to guests. This will help to create a great first impression and in turn help your hotel to grow.
I hope you take my suggestion positively and take necessary actions on the same.
