I am writing to express my opinion about the Stop and Stop, a popular shopping market in our area. It has different sections for fresh vegetables/fruits, dairy products, groceries, cosmetics, etc. Each section has very friendly and approachable staff. It is nice to have a one-stop shop for all the day-to-day things we need, however, it has some scope for improvement.
The shopping center does not accept international credit cards. I have seen some tourists suffer due to this. It should accept international credit cards or accept payments from third-party vendors such as Paypal, Venmo, etc. The market is very crowded, specifically on the weekends. One has to stand in the line for a long time, even if their shopping cart is small. There should be additional billing counters for people with less than 10 items. The shop should have a mobile app or website where people can order the items online and do the curbside pickup. This will help to manage the crowd inside the shop. The app can also guide the customers to the specific aisle for the searched product, reducing the overhead of the busy staff.
I think your newspaper is widely read in our area, and publishing this review will encourage the management to resolve the above issues and improve the shopping experience.
