Dear sir,
I am Nancy, from Human resource department, writing this letter to take permission from you about the presentation that i would like to deliver which i attended last week in the conference. However, I am very impressed with the topic , so I am thinking of sharing this with others.
The main theme of the presentation is Obesity, a very common issue which is more prevalent these days due to less body activity. Since , most of our office workers are living sedantery lifestyles and becoming obese,so, my major concern of this presentation is realted to their good health.
Obesiy , high accomulation of fat in body ,is the main topic and I would like to present its causative factors and also its prevention.It would take only 15 minutes to deliver, 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for feedback.
Moreover, I would like to deliver this presentaion in the office campus, which involves office boys staff from finance department. I will conduct this before Lunch, so please allow me some time before lunch in which I can make people aware regarding this health issue.
