My name is Mohammed Aslam. I am writing to you regarding the technical problem of the grinder which I bought from your department store.
Firstly, the grinder is not working properly in full load. Actually as the grinder's technical specification, it can run in full rpm speed with 5kg of grinding material. But the motor in the grinder is not rotating in maximum target force with 4kg of rice.
Once I found this technical issue. I phoned to your shop as a first time but nobody picked the call. I called second time, the sales representative named Mr.DDD is received my call and did not respond well and not grasping my request also.
So I kindly request you to exchange the grinder with the new equipment or refund my money as soon as possible.
I look forward to hear from you the best offer and request to not to create any inconvenience to the customer.
