Dear Restaurant Manager,
Last Monday, we made a reservation at your restaurant located London Downtown since we heard a lot about the diverse cuisine and luxury service you provide. However, we ordered a margarita pizza with a green salad and deep fried chicken but unfortunately, the dishes were horrible. Actually, the pizza was soggy, the sausage was raw and the crust was burnt. Furthermore, the salad was extremely sour. The chicken was fair regarding crispiness but it was flavorless doughy as well. Sadly, the food was unexpected to be at this low level.
In terms of service, The Garson was rude. When we asked him to make an advice to select dishes, he replied to do that ourselves, "it is not my job", he said. Additionally, the table top was dirty with stain spots and food marks also. The waiting time after we issued the order was badly long, it took around 37 minutes to plate the pizza without bringing the appetizers first, that was a shock for us.
Sorry for that, but I think there still a way to fix it. Therefore, I suggest you to offer us a free romantic dinner next week since our anniversary will be on next Friday. That will make us happy.
