I just wanted to draw your attention towards an article that I have found Last night, while I was surfing the internet. This article is about “ The Project Management Modern Techniques ” . Recently, we have been facing a lot of issues during execution of many projects in our company, hence I think applying these principles of the project management become a necessity than ever.
This article spot on a certain organizational sequences during project phases: cost control process , controlling the company resources and stakeholder management . For example, Last week many discussions have arisen around our new project and how to increase our firm profit without any noticeable effect on the quality . Accordingly to my own perspective, the more we follow these rules , the more we can double the company profit .
You can find attached downloadable version of the article. You may want to have a look on it . As I believe that , your department need urgent applying these rules and concepts to avoid any negative consequences in the near future.
