Dear Sir or Madam,
My friends and I are your tenants at the Plaza estate and We write to inform you of the challenges we are facing with the house. The house we occupy is the bungalow at 72 Agui Road. It has four bedrooms and there are three of us sharing it. It is a lovely place and suits our purpose as students. However, there are a few things that we need you to look into.
The roof is leaking into the living room, leaving our books and other valuables damaged each time it rained. In addition, the compound is always flooded above knee level, even with a tiny rainfall, that no one is able to go out from or come into the premises, whenever it rains. We also find the rent very high and would love to look for another student who would move into the vacant room and share the rent with us. This way we will see a reduction in what each person pays.
We will be very happy if you work on this repairs quickly and as well, assent to our request of bringing in an additional person and hope to hear from you soon.
