Unfortunately, they showed up late in the evening and hurriedly moved my furniture into the trucks without any lifting gear which led to the damages.
I must say that I am very unhappy with this level of service. For $2,000 including handling, I expect all my items to arrive in good condition. To compensate me for the damages to my furniture, I ask that a full refund be made to my bank account as soon as possible.
