Dear Sir,

Greetings of the day. I am Bhumika Suryavanshi, working as an HR professional since last 12 years. With reference to the advertising mail received from your side related to the 12th HR annual seminar at Malaysia, I would be interested participating in this HR seminar for my knowledge enhancement in HR field.

I am intending to write this letter to get the insight and highlights of the program. I would be grateful if you can share the brochure of the program containing the information relate to the exact date of commencement, No of days, the participants, the subject listed along with the cost involved in the participation fees. As I understand, being foreigner I would be in need of Visa to attend this seminar at the venue, It would be a great help providing succinct on visa process if required from my side.
Being a stranger to this country, I would prefer if you can share the accommodation facilities available along with the type and cost of the meals.

Looking into the popularity of the program, I feel you must be getting the flow of responses for the registration. Your timely response to my query can help me to take the quick decision on my registration before the seats get exhausted.

Awaiting for your prompt reply

Regards
Bhumika Suryavanshi
