I am writing to you to acquire information about our facilities to host a training in our company.
There will be a special training to be held exclusively for our staff. This training will enhance the staff's soft skills and emotional intelligence; developing and strengthening such skills would reflect on a better work atmosphere as well as better customer support. This training will be a 5 day training from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
For this course we will need a large room than can fit up to 30 individuals, keeping in mind we need extra space to set up bill boards and do other activities. We also need a laptop, a projector and speakers. There will be two coffee breaks, we kindly request refreshments as well.
Please may you confirm that our current facilities are available from May 12 to May 17, and if yes, will all the mentioned requirements for our training be available?
