Dear Jot,
How are you? I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in concern to your trip next week.
Well, I know you have read about everything such as weather and the stuff required during the visit even though, I thought it is my responsibility to tell you everything you need during this trip. First of all, as it is going to be cold be sure to pack some jackets and mufflers along with a cap and gloves which can keep you warm.
Furthermore, as you are visiting in winter you can go to Montreal to watch its scenic beauty which will give you a breathtaking experience. I even searched for some of the national parks as I know you love to see the wildlife and even got the tickets for that for you. Apart from this, you want telling that you want to meet one of the professors at McGill University for that I have arranged everything, you just need to go and meet him.
As the weather will be cold, it might be difficult to reach everywhere on time because of the snow and traffic jams. You are not habitual of such weather hence, you might be caught by illness, hence, please recheck with me after packing your stuff so that we can tally what else is required.
I can’t wait to see you. I am waiting for a reply from your end.
Best Wishes
Kinu
