Nowadays, Numerous people believe that high salary is more crucial than job satisfaction. Though high salary is needed to live a luxurious life, but job satisfaction will make us maitain a healthy lifestyle. I disagree, that high salary is more important than job satisfaction.
Firstly, Job satisfaction plays an important role in an individual life because if we are interested in ours job, we will feel happy and ours mental health will improve. In my opinion, If people are interested in their job, they can make a lot of money. Therefore, job satisfaction is crucial for us, it will improve ours brain and ours mental health.
Secondly, Job satisfaction is quite good for physical health because when we have a comfortable work, you will have more free time to improve myself such as gym, makeup,…So job satisfaction plays an important role in physical lifestyle.
In short, a comfortable job will make us better in ours life.
