Dear Mathew,
I am Paul , I have lived in your property since three months for rent with my wife and two children.I am happy with the interior and other arrangements of the house.
However, I would like to bring your attention and action on the dining table. It was good <span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="was "></span>until yesterday as we had only used for just dining. But, yesterday when one of my children climbed on to clean the roof the leg of the table made creaking noise and I found the leg looks old and broken. By god's grace my son escaped with small scratches on his face and Knee.
I would like you to replace the table with an another usable piece. We are unable to use for anything and it is bit arduous to manage without the table with my babies.
