The reading passage claims that based on the discovery of the T.rex's leg bone, thereby exposing its insides to reveal materials that seem to be remains of blood vessels. However, the lecturer casts serious doubts on this claim by providing some counter-arguments and examples. He believes that all of this evidence which comes to this passage are skeptical.

On the first place, the lecturer contends that substances which recognized inside the channel are not necessary related to the blood cells. Actually, after animals die some bacteria live inside these channels, thus the substances that identified by scientists are the remnants of bacteria's colony. This, however, is contradicted to the reading passage mentions that the exciting finding was the organic material which represents the remain of the actual blood vessels of T.rax.

On the other hand, it is noted in the passage that microscopic examination of the various part of the inner bone revealed the presence of spheres that could be the remains of red blood cells. In contrast, he clearly states that researchers find spheres in another fossils record and other origins which do not relevant to blood cells, hence we can conclude that maybe this is the remain of minerals.

Finally, the speaker points out that collagen just lasts for 100 thousand years, so if we want to display that it remains from 70 million years ago, we reject the theory which is acceptable. As a consequence, we can determine that maybe this collagen comes from a human skin who carry the bone for researching, not for T,rex. Nonetheless, the text asserts that scientist performed a test on the dinosaur leg bone that showed that it contained collagen which remained from T.rax.
