I hope my letter finds you sound in wind and limb. I am writing this letter to inform you about my absence in a team ,for a certain amount of time.
I want to let you know ,I have to leave the team for few days because of some reasons. The first and the foremost reason is I am going abroad for looking after my sister because she got injure in an accident. Her husband is not with her. He is in another country on a business trip. Apart from this,her baby is 4 months old. Therefore I have to go for such reason to care and support her.
it is undoubtedly fact that I have given my best for getting selected in this team. As from my childhood this was my dream to get selected in such excellent players teams. Basically, I have done huge struggle for taking the opportunity for becoming the part of this team. Last time if you remember I have missed my final exam for the sake of giving a trial of football.
I know after two months, the final match is going to be held and we have to give our best. Therefore, to keep this matter in mind. I will come one month before the finals for practice. It would be grateful if you could let our coach know about my absence because in the rush, I forgot to inform him about it.
I hope you will understand my situation and manage the team for the time during my holidays.
