The advantages and disadvantages of Covid-19
Currently, we are having a very long holiday because of an outbreak of a dangerous epidemic called COVID-19. During this long time, I had the opportunity to explore about many different things in life.This epidemic brought both advantages and drawbacks.
This pandemic has caused many consequences seriously. The coronavirus COVID-19 is affecting a lot of countries and territories around the world. First of all, it has killed thousands of people, especially in China where the epidemic outbreak.Secondly, the economy of the world was negatively affected. Most businesses temporarily ceased operations and revenues in sectors such as services, tourism and hotels declined.Therefore, a lot of people faced unemployment in many places.Moreover, their lives become more difficult when their argiculture products like watermelon and blue dragon can not be exported. The next negative impart is that many students have to temporarily stop studying in a long time. This made their knowledge interrupted. Some schools have organized for student to online learning but this method also has many difficulties as unstable Internet connection.
However, this epidemic brings us some benefits. The first advantage is that the solidarity of the nations around the world has been raised to prevent from pandemic together.Because of the spread and the severity of the disease, many countries need to help each other to find medicines that can cure this disease. Next, people are more concerned about their health issue, so the awareness of people in disease prevention is enhanced. Finally, this is long enough for students to take care of themselves and their family.For instance, they can help their mother cook meals or they can do things that have not done before such as reading an interesting book, watching a fantastic movie and so on.
In conclusion, the COVID-19 has both positive and negative effects. Thanks to this time, we can explore many different things in life.I hope that everyone will join hands so that we can fight this dangerous epidemic.
