Last week I bought a TV from your store. I chose to buy it from your company because I have heard good things in terms of loyalty and durability. However, I have faced some bad experience while using this appliance.
The thing is when I turn on the TV very first time it automatically turned off. I thought I accidentally pressed the shutdown button and after that it worked fine for 3 days. However, after that the TV switched off again. I tried to switch on it again but it didn’t work.
After that I immediately visited your store to lodge my problem. There was a salesman standing at the front I tried to explain him about the situation. Unbearably, he refused to assist my complaint and rudely replied that the store does not have any policy to fix the problem on sales item. Though this is not the case and he gave a false statement. I was very disappointed and left the store without any solution.
To make up with my loss I want your store to fix this problem or replace this TV with the new one at the earliest possible time. I will be waiting for the swift resolution from your end.
