People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

People differ from each other not only in their appearance and character but also in their lifestyle. Thus some people get used to sleeping late, some to waking up earlier, while others like to sleep and wake up very late or early.It depends on individuals. This small details show how healthy or on contrary unhealthy somebody’s lifestyle is.

As for me, I do my best to stay as healthy as possible. Here are some rules from my agenda for healthier lifestyle.

First condition of keeping/being healthy is choosing right food to prepare and to eat. As for me, I try to avoid/ eliminate eating in food stands, at fast food centres and moreover eating late at night. For some people it ...
