Further, it consists of original policy documents, which are highly confidential as well. Those documents, including the minutes should be submitted to the Chairman within next three working days.
Considering the above, I would be thankful, if you could please locate them at your earliest. if you able to find them, kindly put them into an envelope, seal it and keep it under your custody.
