Do writers, musicians and other artists need to be born with special talent or is it more a matter of hard work and dedication. Support your opinion with reasons and examples.

I never expected that much marks, because I could not think proper reasons for this topic that's why it was like this, anyways I will try to add examples and read questions carefully.
