As we can see from the diagram, the number of employees who dropped dramatically from 60 in 1991 to 33 in 1996, then it went down to 19 at the end of 2000, less than one in three of that in 1991. While the bachelors tend to change fluctuately from 20 in 1991 to the peak at 43 in 1996 and then it decreases to 33 in 2000.
