The bar chart provides information regarding the percentage of British adults who drink over recommended guidelines in a day a week in 2004 whie the line graph illustrates the average of alcohol consumed by children in England (age 11-15) who drank in the previous week from 1990 to 2004. In general, for both cases, male drank in higher amount rather than female.

A more detailed look at the graph revelas that male adults of Britain who drank out of guidleines who were in age group 16-24 and 25-44 stood at aproximately siimilar percetage (around 47-48%). Then, the men who were 45-64 were around 37%. The number of 65 and over years old men adult lower than a half of the former rate (only 20%) and it was similar to female adult percentage who were 45-64 years old. It was in the third rank as the the highest rate was they who were 16-24 years old, followed by the 25-44 years old women, and the least was the women who were 65 and over years old.

Furthermore, it is clearly seen in lin graph that the average alcohol consumption of children experienced increase in both gender during the pointed years. There were only around 5.5 alcohol consumed by boys in 1990 and growth smoothly to 7.2 in 1994. It continued to increased until peaked almost 12 in 2000 then decreased very slowly to around 11.2 in 2004. In addition, there was not any change on the amount of alcohol consumption between 1990 and 1992 (4.9 units). However, iafter that, it strated to grow sharply until 1998 (reached 8.8 units), then increased more smoothly to 12 unit in 2004.
