The least use was relevant to domestic matters which its usage was close to that of industrial matters until the mid of the century. Following that the rise in the industrial consumption was more considerable compared to that of domestic use.
Moving to the table, Brazil population, 176 million, was many times bigger in contrast to that of Congo (5.2 million). Furthermore, Brazil had 26.5 km2 farmland which needed irrigation, whereas this amount for Congo was 100 km2. Interestingly, in Brazil, everybody consumed 359 m3 which was huger than that of Congo (8 m3).
