The given line graph presents the percentage of full workers holding a university degree, and the table gives information about the average salary of both these types of graduates (the graph and table only compared to between Math graduates and All graduates) in Australia, from 2004 to 2012.
According to the graph, it is clear that the proportion of Maths graduates peak at 90% in 2006 and after that, the proportion shrinks consistently to 80% in 2012. Meanwhile, the proportion of All graduates ascended continually to approximately 85% in two periods of 2004-2006 (rapidly increasing to approximately 85%) and 2006-2008 (growth was slow and peaked at approximately 85%) and the proportion dipped notably, falling by almost 10% in 2010 and continued to drop to almost 65% in 2012.
In the table of the average of graduates, it is apparent that the average salary of both types A and B have been increasing steadily for 8 years from 2004 to 2012. For Maths graduates, average salary grew significantly in the period from 2006 to 2008, when it rose to 7,000 dollars. Similar to All graduates, while increasing strongly in 2010-2012 with an increase of 4,000 dollars, less than the biggest increase of Maths graduates of 3,000 dollars in 2006-2008.
