The chart below describes results of a public opinion poll, where people were asked to name the most important place smoking should be banned from.

The pie charts show a survey results about people’s points of view on the places in which smoking have to be prohibited. It can be clearly seen that the highest significant percentage of people are against smoking in workstations whereas the lowest considerable percentage of people reject smoking in bars.

According to the charts, workplaces, restaurants and shopping malls are rated markedly as the first places to deny smoking in, 21%, 19% and 18% respectively. On the other hand, beaches and public transports are considered as the second important places by over tenth percent.

Furthermore, 8 percent of opinions say that but stops have to be on the list of smoking banned places while only 7% have the same idea about teachers’ lounges. Finally, just a small fraction refuses smoking in pubs.

To sum up, the pie charts illustrate the proportion of most essential places should be banned smoking in according to people’s thoughts.
