The given bar graph illustrates various age groups of British people who gave money to Charity in two different years 1990 and 2010. The data is calibrated in percentage.

Looking from the perspective of overall, there was the highest proportion of those citizens who contributed to Charity, were younger in both periods.

It can be clearly seen that, in 1990 those individuals who belong to 18 to 25 age group were in nearly 15% in order to give money to Charity which was the double of 26 to 35 age group (around 30%). Further, more than 40 percent masses who contributed to charity, were between the age of 36 to 50. However, older persons (under 65) were least engaged regarding helping Charity, were in approximately equal proportion (over 30%) in the same period.

Moving further, in 2010 there was nearly one third percentage of those inhabitants who were from 18 to 25 ages, gave money to Charity, whilst charity saw the maximum percentage of older persons who helped it except the age of those people who were in more than 65 years of age range (less than 35%).
