In 1961 until 1991, it continued to decrease to about 30 percent. In 2001, it remained stable at 30 percent. Then in 2011, it increased to about 30 percent.

Overall, the percentage of households in owned accommodation and rented accommodation during 1918 to 2011 showed an opposite trend.
