The diagram below show how glass containers,such as bottles , are produced and recycled.
The first flow diagram reveals the process of glass production,and the second diagram shows various steps about glass recycling process. It is a clear and coherent representation.
overall,it is clearly seen that the initial step in manufacturing of glass containers,which is mixing,and it is using four elements namely :sand,soda ash,limestone and other chemicals are mixed together. Nextly, produced mixture is heated in a glass furance at approximately 1500°c. Afterthat melted material is blowing for producing diffrenet shape of glass containers.
Moving ahead, process of glass recycling begins with the collection of used glass products. Collected glass are seperated according to its colour.After sorting ,glass is washed for remove any type of stickers, and dust. At the last stage of recycling, the glass is crushed and melted,and the resulting molten glass can finally be mouldes to new merchandise .
