The given pictorial representation illustrates the information regarding the higher institution professor tells about the process of getting driving licence.

Moving further, afterthat eye testing is done by the department, if eyesight is weak then they fail in this test and applicant is not able to take licence while they are considered as not applicant, whilst, if I test is pass then they will pay fee for further process.

Further demonstrating the key features, despite from pay fee, written test and driving test taken by the centre if test fails then written test is taken again and again, after failed to times they have to pay fee again to be in test. In the next step, if driving test fails, again will pay free or on the other hand bypass driving test, eventually, applicant will get their driving licence.
