The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process of instant noodle. Overall, there are 8 steps involved in production, starting with flour supply to final sealing.
First of all, flour from the storage silos is put into a mixer where it is mixed with water and oil. As a result, a flour dough is produced. In third step, with the help of rollers, dough is converted into thin sheets. Further, the dough sheets are cut into the strips.
In the next step, Dough strips are put into a Noodles discs where they are cooked with the help of oil. After cooking they are dried to remove the moisturiser. In the penultimate stage, the noodles are put into the cups where different vegetables and spices are added onto it. Finally, the cups are labelled and sealded by machine.
To sum up, the production of instant noodle has a long process where all different stages are necessary.
