The diagram shows the procedures in the process of manufacturing yogurt.
First, pour the milk into a pot and boil in 90 degree Celsius (200 Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes. The more time it is boiled, the thicker the yogurt. Next, keep the milk cool down to 44 degree Celsius (112 Fahrenheit).
Then, add live bacteria of yogurt starter into the milk. Keep the milk for four hours until its temperature drops to 37 degree Celsius (100 Fahrenheit). Afterwards, put the pot of milk into the fridge. After a while, add 3 strawberries and sugar into it. Stir it well.
Finally, it is poured into cups as yogurt. It is then processed in lorries into our home.
