Overall, it can be observed that there are three distinguishable processes which are from manufacturing to packaging.
To begin with, producing circuit-board begins with securing its material. The resources would be cut and sprayed with fire retardant before the cleaning process is applied.
Turning to the second process, 'Automated IC' will be attached and soldered followed by visual inspection and quality control testing.
If there are any defective items, they would be thrown away while others will go through the final test.
finally, chips that pass rigorous tests can be packed and delivered to factories, although some can be rejected and undertaken the former procedures again.
